1 small reminder that helped me overcome feeling overwhelmed.

I set big personal goals this year and two weeks ago, I felt overwhelmed!

Then I saw this image and it gave me relief. I have to remind myself that taking small steps every day will lead to a big change over time. If I can identify what’s the next small thing to complete, then it becomes achievable.

A small action is better than nothing.
