My work enables teams to tap into their collective wisdom, allowing their creativity to emerge so they can become high performing and high-value creating for their organisations.
I didn't always have this level of knowledge and capability that I know now...
I was an Economics graduate. I didn't know what I was getting into when I joined an IT Consulting firm. All I know is that I have the capacity to learn and execute.
I had a squiggly career working in different roles within Technology but I wasn't afraid to try different things.
I became a developer, systems designer, tester, business analyst, software engineering manager, product owner, iteration manager, agile coach and systemic team coach.
All throughout my career journey and experiences, I discovered my passion is working in and with teams.
I have a strong desire to help them not just be high performing, but to become high-value creating for their organisations too.
My technical background combined with agile and systemic team coaching skills provides a holistic approach that helps me serve my clients better.

I've learned more about team and group dynamics including managing tension and conflict and understanding interpersonal relationships as well as systems thinking.
My experiences have served me well as an agile coach and systemic team coach for IT technical teams. I've been in their shoes and I understand the different perspectives. And these produce only the best results for my clients.
